Long Beach State's Kemonie Briggs won a pair of events and placed third in another at the Big West Outdoor Championships at Cal State Northridge. The junior had a leap of 26-0 (7.92m) in the long jump and ran a leg in the 49ers 4x400 relay (3:09.74). He also placed third in the 400 at 46.93.
